Women are underrepresented in sport leadership roles, earn fewer funds as professionals, and take part in physical activity, physical education, and sport at a lower rate across the world. A collective action plan to boost the empowerment of women and girls and to expand their involvement in sport as a top priority has been developed by the Social and Human Sciences sector of UNESCO and its partners as a response to these concerns and we at regvetorai consider them as one of our moralities.
